Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM (Early finish on Fridays)
£26,000 - £27,500 per annum
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser to join our well-established client based in Manchester on a full-time permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties
As a Customer Service Adviser, your duties will include:
* Daily contact with existing customer base via and email to provide updates on orders and deal with any customers queries.
* Processing of customer orders.
* Proactively expedite orders and coordinate between internal departments
* Attend regular meetings with the production teams to get updates on the orders in production,
* Build up your knowledge of the products sold within the business team to allow you to advise customers and provide the best customer experience possible.
* Develop and grow long-term relationships with existing accounts.
* Record account information into the CRM database.
Essential Skills
As a Customer Service Adviser, it is essential that you have:
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Work experience in a Customer Service environment
* Good experience in using computer software
Desirable Experience
As a Customer Service Adviser, it would be desirable if you have:
* Good work ethic and attention to detail a essential
* Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
* Ability to listen and understand fully your customer’s needs
* Additional languages
Training
* Training is provided along with ongoing support throughout
