Responsibilities
* Join one of the largest transport modelling teams in the UK and Europe with opportunities for growth and independence
* Deliver transport modelling projects using the CUBE family software
* Work on demand models, public transport assignment, cycling models, and airport surface access using the CUBE family software
* Be exposed to high-profile clients (e.g., Heathrow Airport, Transport for London, National Transport Authority Ireland) and a diverse range of projects
* Contribute to a pipeline of transport modelling work and support expanding public transport and demand modelling services
* Career progression opportunities across technical delivery, project leadership, or management roles
* Multiple positions in multiple UK locations available for the right candidates
Qualifications
* Numerate degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data, or equivalent quantitative background)
* Public transport or demand modelling experience using CUBE - Must have
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high technical standards
* For leadership-focused candidates:
o Task/project management experience (budgets, timelines, deliverables)
o Strong communication skills for client interaction and technical proposals
o Team management and mentoring experience, or demonstrated readiness to develop these skills
* Desirable:
*
o Experience with other transport modelling packages (EMME, highway modelling, economic appraisal)
o Knowledge of UK transport modelling guidance
o Strong data analysis skills - Excel, SQL, Python, or R
* Multiple positions in multiple UK locations available
