Senior Facilities & Accommodation Manager
To ensure the effective and efficient management of the Planning, Development and Services functions within the Department and to support the Assistant Director in delivering Departmental objectives.
Responsibilities
* To support the Assistant Director in delivering an effective and efficient Facilities & Accommodation service ensuring a professional, proactive, customer orientated and high-quality service etc.
* Provide support to the Assistant Director in the delivery of the Customer Outlet & Workspace Strategy.
* Manage the Planning, Development and Services Functions to ensure the effective delivery of the Department’s objectives.
* Managing the NIHE building portfolio, including lease management.
Skills and Qualifications
* Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6) in either a building/construction discipline, or an estates management/facilities management discipline (or equivalent related subject.
* Can demonstrate at least three years’ relevant experience of estate and contract management at a senior level in a large multi-site organisation.
