Hotel Du Vin is seeking a future leader who understands that running a successful business involves more than just exceeding brand standards or maintaining a strong P&L. We want someone who will look after their team, develop them, and deliver celebrity service.
You will be within 12 months (or less) of running your own hotel and eager to join a brand that allows you to shine.
In this role, you are an organized leader who loves motivating your team. You will drive the brand strategy across all aspects of the business and differentiate HDV from competitors as a preferred employer and destination for staying, dining, and drinking.
You will understand the market and know how to maximize revenue by managing the bigger picture while paying attention to detail through your department managers and team. Leading by example and setting the standard is second nature to you.
Ideally, you have experience managing large teams and a solid knowledge of food and drink in a similar-sized property; however, this is not a deal breaker.
