A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a specialist contractor based in Hailsham. They are seeking a motivated Trainee Project Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership of projects from pre‑start through to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating labour, materials, subcontractors, programmes, quality and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Some prior experience within the construction industry.
* Highly organised, practical, and confident when dealing with site teams and contractors.
* Ability to manage multiple moving parts effectively.
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and stay away from home when required.
