About the Role
As our Cover Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school by managing and coordinating cover arrangements for absent staff. You will:
* Plan, organise and manage daily and long-term cover needs.
* Deploy staff effectively to maintain excellent standards of teaching and learning.
* Train, lead and support cover supervisors to deliver high-quality lessons that uphold our school’s culture and expectations.
* Lead learning directly in the classroom when required, maintaining a purposeful and engaging environment for students.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible provision for all learners.
This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
