Role Overview:
This is a long-term opportunity for a Gateman / Bankman to support a major construction project. The right person will be a key support to the site manager in managing site logistics, vehicle movements, and general site duties.
Typical Responsibilities:

Opening site gates from 7:00am
*
Booking in vehicles and overseeing safe offloading
*
Greeting visitors on arrival
*
Tidying and moving materials around site
*
Working with forklift drivers to move and organise deliveries
*
Enforcing site rules (e.g. wheel washing before vehicles leave site)
*
Managing site storage cabin and accepting small deliveries
*
Preventing congestion and maintaining site organisation
*
Supporting the site manager with logistics and day-to-day site operations
Hours:
*
Typical working day: 7:00am – 4:30/5:00pm
*
Average 46 paid hours per week (overtime may be available)
*
Early finishes may be permitted depending on site activity
