Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives. This role focuses on driving people initiatives, supporting organizational effectiveness, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies across the UK business.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR advisory role within the UK.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
* Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar) preferred.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred
