Graduate Civil Engineer – Infrastructure – Leeds

About the Infrastructure Team
Our expertise ranges from city‑scale master planning through to campus and building scale development infrastructure. The team delivers projects in the UK and overseas and enables early‑career graduates to work across a varied portfolio to broaden skills.
Projects
Recent projects include:
* UK – Battersea Power Station regeneration, Elephant Park, London, and Mayfield, Manchester.
* Bristol – The Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus development.
* Everton’s new stadium at Bramley‑Moore Dock.
* All England Lawn Tennis Club Championship site expansion.
* Middle East – Red Sea Project, AlUla Regional Framework Plan, and Riyadh’s King Salman Park.
* Ongoing – Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City in Kuwait.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver civil infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.
* Collaborate with landscape architects, urban planners, and stakeholders to transform sites.
* Provide engineering solutions from site selection through to contract design.
* Support the delivery of large masterplan and district projects.
* Engage with teams to share knowledge and develop professional skills.
Qualifications
* Current or recent graduate in a Civil Engineering (or related) degree.
* A passion and enthusiasm for engineering design, sustainability, and making a meaningful contribution to society.
* Initiative and ability to thrive in a team environment.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to execute project deliverables within given timeframes.
* Research, filter and compile information on a range of topics for multiple audience types.
* Active engagement with colleagues and a commitment to professional development.
