Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working once again, with an award-winning AJ100 architectural practice in Leicester, seeking an Architect with strong design and technical capability to join their expanding Mixed Use team.

The practice has extensive experience in masterplanning, residential schemes, healthcare, industrial, logistics, and workplace design, and is widely respected for its ability to deliver projects that are both market-facing and community-focused. With a growing Mixed Use team in Leicester, they are now looking to appoint a talented Architect to contribute to their continued success.
The Role
As an Architect within the Mixed Use team, you will be involved in projects from concept through to completion, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will be expected to demonstrate both design flair and technical competence, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

Key Requirements
2+ years post-qualification experience as an Architect
Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and technical capability
Experience in mixed use projects, with knowledge of commercial & residential schemes advantageous
Proficiency in Revit essential, AutoCAD also would be useful
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage projects and coordinate with consultants and contractors
What’s on Offer
Salary in the region of £38,000 – £44,000
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
