Our client is a growing commercial finance brokerage that helps UK businesses access tailored funding solutions. They are looking to hire a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join their team in Essex.
This role is focused on generating new business opportunities by reaching out to business owners and senior decision-makers, uncovering funding needs, and qualifying high-quality leads for the Broker Team. It's a fast-paced, target-driven role that offers clear progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to business directors and key decision makers
* Build rapport with prospects, uncover funding requirements, and assess suitability for finance solutions
* Qualify opportunities and hand over to the Broker Team for progression
* Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities in the CRM system
* Develop a strong understanding of the company's finance products and services to confidently engage with prospects
