The role
As a complex care coordinator, you will be planning and rostering care staff into shifts and ensure that the care workers and nurses that are responsible for delivering care and support on a day-to-day basis attend their shifts as planned.
About the role - The care coordinator will organise rotas a month in advance for the complex care clients.
- Building and developing strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses)
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients
- Obtaining staff availability
- Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
- On call responsibility
About you - You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
- You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
- You will have worked in care and ideally will have coordination experience within either domiciliary or complex care.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
What's on offer for the Care Coordinator? - Salary of £30,000
- Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, plus on call
- This is initially a remote based role (in Essex), with 1 day per week in the Brighton, Sussex office (and as required to meet the needs of the business)
