We are recruiting a Production Manager to join our B. Braun Sterilog team in Pudsey. This is a key leadership position within a regulated organisation, where you will play an integral role in driving operational performance, supporting organisational change, and contributing to service improvement.

As part of the leadership team, you will have overall responsibility for providing direction, commitment and support to a growing team of more than 70 Production employees across an operation covering 14:00‑22:00.
Working hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (including participation in an on‑call rota)

Your Main Responsibilities
* Lead, influence, and support teams through operational or organisational change
* Manage a high and varied workload, working autonomously and under pressure
* Apply strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement in decision‑making
* Contribute to improvement initiatives using modern manufacturing and lean principles
* Support project management activity, ensuring timely and effective delivery
* Build positive relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
* Use IT systems confidently to support reporting, communication, and performance tracking
What You Need To Succeed
* Management experience within a regulated
* Practical awareness of change management processes
* Experience of working to deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Demonstrated experience of budgetary control
* Able to communicate confidently at all levels, and to large groups, both verbally and written

* You will be responsible for coaching and supporting your team, ensuring clear and effective communication, and overseeing performance and absence management.
* Proven experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
