As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior IT Project Specialist to support our IT projects from initiation through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring that all project objectives are met, while maintaining high-quality standards and effective communication across all teams. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working options. You will have the opportunity to manage a variety of IT projects while also providing hands-on technical support for daily IT issues. Experience with platforms like SAP, EWM, or Salesforce is highly desirable, as these are central to many of our initiatives. Salary - £30-35K Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 What You’ll Be Doing At Kerakoll Project planning and coordination – Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure effective coordination of resources and schedules with cross-functional teams. Team administration – Engage, motivate, and drive cross-functional teams, including IT, technical, and non-technical stakeholders, to achieve project goals. Risk management – Identify potential risks to projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery. Budget and resource management – Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines. Quality assurance – Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and implement testing and validation processes for successful outcomes. Stakeholder communication – Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns. Prepare reports and status updates for senior management. Continuous improvement – Evaluate project performance and incorporate best practices and lessons learned to improve future project execution. What You’ll Bring To Kerakoll Project management experience – Prior experience leading IT projects using project management software. Technical expertise – Experience with SAP is essential, and familiarity with Salesforce and EWM is a strong advantage. Problem-solving skills – Ability to quickly identify issues, propose solutions, and adapt to project challenges. Team collaboration – Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on motivating and aligning project teams towards shared goals. Attention to detail – Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the quality and accuracy of project deliverables. Excellent communication skills – Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
