We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Internal Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with 1–2 years of experience to grow their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The primary focus of this role is outbound sales — identifying, contacting, and converting businesses involved in global trade. You’ll build and manage your own customer portfolio and receive full training in freight and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients (importers and exporters)
* Build and manage a portfolio of active accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management
* Identify and offer tailored freight solutions to meet customer needs
* Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using CRM software
* Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
* Stay updated on market trends and developments in the freight and logistics industry
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years of previous sales experience (logistics industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* Clear, confident communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner
* A proactive mindset with a strong desire to succeed and close business
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Eagerness to learn — full training in logistics and freight forwarding will be provided
