We are seeking 1 experienced Bank Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in Barnsley, S70. Please note shift patterns as follows:- 7am to 2.30pm, 2.30pm to 10.00pm, Waking Night 10pm to 7.00am. Benefits & USP’s:

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Dillington Mews is an Autism-specific supported living service comprising 6 Individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartment.

17. We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants.
18. All tenants have an individual support plans, ensuring they are supported in a person-centred way and are promoted to make own choices.
19. Each person has their own individual care package of support.

21. All tenants choose individual activities and staff are matched to the tenant to promote inclusion and personal choice being respected and valued.
22. Working closely with families and significant others within the person we support circle of care.

24. We offer exceptional training and a professional induction into the service, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to provide tailored support.
25. We will allocate you a “buddy” on your first day, to ensure you have an allocated person to assist in the transition into service.
