This is a unique post to transform the approach to continuing health carearrangementsand support Adult Social care with the transition. As a Lawyer (People), you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal advice and support on a wide range of matters primarily relating to Adult Social care. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including but not limited to:
* Adult social care
* Safeguarding
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
* Qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive with relevant post-qualification experience
* Sound knowledge of relevant areas of law, particularly in relation to Adult Social care
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Please note this role is fixed term for a year after start date - Time limited project
We are ideally looking to offer the successful candidate the full number of hours advertised above. We may however consider offering less hours than advertised providing they meet the requirements of the role and service which will be determined by the recruiting manager.
