In this role, you will support children who may display challenging behaviour linked to social, emotional, or additional learning needs. You'll play an important part in helping pupils develop positive behaviour strategies, build confidence, and feel supported within the classroom. In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will: * Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional behavioural support * Help children understand and manage their emotions and behaviour * Use positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques when needed * Support the class teacher in maintaining a calm and focused learning environment * Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents * Work alongside SEN staff to implement consistent support strategies This role is ideal for graduates or individuals considering careers in education, psychology, or child development, offering hands-on experience in a supportive school environment.
