Due to increased demand and further investments within our Production departments we are looking to recruit a dynamic track proven Internal Sales Executive, to work in our Taunton office.
This is an officed based job and the ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service along with Administration duties.
The salary being offered is based upon experience and is made up of basic salary plus commission based upon team results.

The ideal candidate
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
A keen understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable (but full training will be provided).
An enthusiastic efficient individual with a keen eye for detail.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation skills
Main Purpose of the Job
Negotiating and closing sales orders along with maximising margins.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Liaising directly with customers in relation to enquiries, queries and delivery follow up
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
Utilise the CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensuring you have a strong product knowledge, enabling your to upsell and provide accurate advice to customers (product training will be provided)
