The Role:
As the Head of Customer Onboarding, your primary mission will be to oversee and enhance the client onboarding experience, ensuring seamless integration of their cutting-edge solutions into the operations of global corporate clients. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling the onboarding team's capabilities, driving efficiency, and fostering strong client relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategy and execution of the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and client management, to align on client needs and expectations.
* Develop and refine onboarding and implementation processes for improved scalability and client satisfaction.

* Proven leadership experience in implementation or onboarding within an enterprise software environment.
* Strong project management skills with a history of successful complex project delivery.
* Technical proficiency in ERP systems, ETL processes, and financial technologies.
