Role Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end marketing function, working closely with leadership across all departments.
* Be the brand guardian - driving consistency across campaigns, digital channels, internal tools and customer touchpoints.
* Lead content creation (yes, hands-on!) for web, social, PR, product literature, and customer campaigns. It's important the successful candidate knows how to copy write - not just approve it.
* Plan and deliver a calendar of international trade shows, events, and industry expos.
* Develop and deliver customer marketing campaigns in partnership with the commercial team.
* Analyse performance across CRM (Salesforce), digital channels and market trends to inform decisions.
* Support NPD (new product development) and turn ideas into compelling launches.
* Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to maximise value and results.
The successful candidate will be:
* A confident, creative, and strategic marketing all-rounder with at least 5 years' experience.
* Experienced in sectors like agri, food, manufacturing, beauty or tech - any product-led environment.
* Happy to roll up your sleeves - especially when it comes to social media execution, copywriting, and content creation.
* Commercially focused and used to linking your work to sales outcomes and business growth.
* A strong communicator, able to influence multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Open to regular travel across the UK and internationally.
