BEFORE APPLYING PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO COMMIT TO THE BELOW:
* Work 4 days on and have 4 days off
* Travel to Gloucestershire for 4 days training ( Accommodation will be provided along with breakfast and Lunch)

Tasks and duties:
* Aligned to the young person’s individual care plan, via a person-centred approach, you’ll provide personalised care and support including assisting with daily activities, medication management, meal preparation, and other personal care tasks.
* Managing conflict by engaging in positive approaches to challenging behaviour
* Identifying and mitigating risk on a daily basis for everyone including the young person
* Coaching and mentoring to achieve better outcomes with the YP
* Stakeholder communication with family contacts, local authorities, emergency services, education providers and more
* Report writing, daily reports & incident report forms ABCs and Service User Recording System - Mentor
* Adherence to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
* Ensure all information and/or intelligence specific to the young person is treated with discretion and the appropriate sensitivity
