These roles offer the chance to work within highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked departments and for the right candidates, a clear pathway towards a Training Contract. About the Role: As a Paralegal in our commercial departments, you will play a key role in supporting complex and varied caseloads. Duties will include: Opening new client files and managing due diligence processes Drafting correspondence, documents and reports Liaising with clients and third parties, handling basic enquiries Coordinating diaries, arranging meetings and preparing agendas/minutes Managing day-to-day admin including scanning, photocopying, filing and archiving Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and key date reminders Handling post and answering external calls Supporting specific departmental tasks such as: Ordering searches and liaising with the Land Registry Completing legal form filing Creating trial bundles Researching case law and legal precedents About You: We are looking for ambitious individuals who are: Highly organised, proactive and able to work to deadlines under pressure Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills Detail-focused, adaptable and professional in presentation Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Degree-qualified (2:1 or above preferred), with strong academics Ideally having completed, or preparing to take, SQE 1 (not essential) Within a reasonable commuting distance of Leicester Why Join Us?
