Job Role: Customer Care Assistant
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of the restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas. Responsibilities include making children feel welcome, distributing balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We seek individuals with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
Essential qualities include being friendly, welcoming, courteous, helpful, and possessing effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact. Maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is crucial.
