Salary We offer a competitive basic salary of £32,000 to £37,000 (dependent on qualifications), with realistic on‑target earnings of £37,400 up to £42,400, plus paid Saturday overtime. As your skills and experience develop, our structured career and training pathway can take your earnings up to £51,400 OTE. Working hours Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (42.5 hours) Saturday mornings: 8:30am – 12:30pm (on a rota basis) Why you’d love it here Clear earning progression.
