Job Purpose
Reporting to the Production Manager on the Campsie site, the successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical fault finding and diagnostics and wiring of the crushing machines on the factory production lines.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
7. Wiring of production plants on the assembly lines assisting with the fitting of electrical systems
8. Trouble shooting software problems and electrical faults
9. Cataloging and analyzing system non-performances
10. Ensure all paperwork is up to date, completed and filed
11. Actively minimise plant downtime in support of production by responding quickly to production line breakdown situations when required
12. Reading of electrical drawings
13. Liaise on an on-going basis with Supervisors, Managers and team members
Experience & Qualifications:
Essential
14. A Third Level Electrical Qualification or Vocational Time Served
15. Experience of 12-24VDC electrical control systems
16. Ability to read, understand electrical schematics drawings
Desirable
17. Knowledge of 3-phase
18. Experience of electrical system installation and wiring on plant machinery within a manufacturing environment
19. Knowledge of automotive electrical schematics and experience of electrical fault finding and diagnostics within a manufacturing environment.
