Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Radcliffe (Immediate Start Available)
Teaching Personnel is excited to be working alongside a warm and inclusive primary school in Radcliffe, currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team. This full-time role (8:30am – 3:30pm) is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 3 pupils
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support
* Cultivate an inclusive classroom environment that values every learner
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the curriculum
* Participate in ongoing CPD to further develop your teaching skills and knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Year 3 or across Key Stage 2
* Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
* Confidence in adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs
* Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational approaches
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with technology to support and enrich teaching
