Job Description As a Financial Governance Accountant, you will be instrumental in strengthening the organisations financial control framework.
You will lead policy creation and establish a robust governance framework for the reporting function.
Within this role you will develop and implement mechanisms to monitor adherence to the policies, whist fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaboration with various financial stakeholders and the wider Business will be required.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Companys hybrid working from home policy.
Qualifications ACCA/ CIMA or ACA qualified.
Advanced Excel skills, with familiarity in Macros and AI Chatbots is preferred.
Additional Information Maintaining financial oversight and governance of management reporting to drive consistency across the Reporting team.
Taking ownership of the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the SharePoint process.
Managing the entire lifecycle of financial policies from inception and approval through to communication, implementation and periodic updates.
Collaborating with various internal stakeholders across the Finance Function and wider Business.
