This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of our guests' experience. You'll be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect and love.
What You'll Do
* Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
* Sanitise bathrooms and restock toiletries.
* Ensure all public areas, such as the lobby and hallways, are clean and presentable.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
* Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
* Experience isn't essential. We welcome applications from both experienced housekeepers and those new to the role. Full training will be provided.
* A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliability and a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
