A main civil engineering contractor are seeking a site engineer to work on a project based in Malvern on a2 story office block build project. The candidate must have main contractor experience as well as experience of similar works but have potential to further progress to site manger within the 2 years, which is a great opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be
* Degree or HNC/HND Qualified in Civil Engineering
* Experience within a Heavy civil, earthworks, and structures environment, with primary focus on civil engineering
* 2 years experience with in civil engineering industry working for a main or regional contractor.
Job Spec
* Surveying and setting out of the works
* Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
* Implementing designs
* Effectively providing, checking and recording full dimensional control for the site
* Supporting project/management to ensure that project meets agreed specifications programme
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
* Providing technical advice
* Quality assurance
