Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional legal services to a broad client base. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll handle a varied caseload spanning both private and public sector businesses of all sizes, representing employers and employees alike. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing clear, practical advice and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a diverse portfolio of Employment Law cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution
2. Provide clear, concise advice to clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious issues
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
4. Represent clients in tribunals and hearings, advocating persuasively on their behalf
5. Stay abreast of developments in Employment Law, sharing knowledge with the team
6. Contribute to the firm's growth through business development and marketing activities
Requirements
7. Qualified Solicitor with NQ - 3 years' PQE
8. Solid, well-rounded experience in Employment Law matters
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
12. Commitment to delivering exceptional client care
13. Commercially aware with a drive to contribute to the firm's success
