The Role
As the Operations Officer, you’ll
Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities.
Act as the first point of contact for building issues, repairs, and contractor queries.
Manage facilities-related contracts and service providers, ensuring quality and compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to uphold health, safety, and quality standards.
Assist with space planning, office moves, and allocating equipment.
You
To be successful in the role of Operations Officer, you’ll:
Bring relevant experience in facilities management or building operations.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, alongside a keen problem-solving mindset.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
Confident communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships.
Competence in using Microsoft Office and digital FM systems.
