We are seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager to join a prestigious secondary school in Oxford. This is a senior leadership role offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the operational and financial success of a high-performing school.
The successful candidate will lead on finance, HR, administration and site management, ensuring that all business functions operate efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to support strategic planning and ensure that resources are used to maximise student outcomes.
This role requires strong leadership skills, financial expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the school operates in line with all statutory requirements.
