Project Manager Sheffield Student Accommodation/Apartment Fit out
Our client is a main-contractor specialising in fit-out accommodation developments. They are seeking a Project Manager to deliver a project in Sheffield.
The Project Manager will be expected to:
* Monitor and update the build programme regularly
* Coordinate and book all trades
* Ensure trades perform to schedule and maintain high standards
* Order materials, fixtures, and fittings
* Liaise with architects and us on design/site issues that need resolving
* Manage design changes requested by buyers
* Deliver the project on budget and on time, aiming to complete by the end of July with only snagging remaining
Skills and Qualifications required:
* CSCS Card
* First Aid Certificate
* Experience in apartment builds
