Private Client Solicitor (Offshore), London, Competitive Salary, 3:5 PQE.
The Role
The appointed Solicitor will advise international private clients on English and Welsh legal and UK tax matters, including UK relocation, international wealth structuring, trusts, succession planning, cross-border Wills, and UK asset transactions.
* Drafting Wills and trust documentation
* Coordinating with advisers across multiple jurisdictions
* Collaborating with private client and disputes teams
* Managing ongoing client relationships
* Supporting business development and practice growth
The Candidate
* 3–5 years PQE in private client work, ideally with offshore, international, or cross-border experience
* Strong expertise in advising high net worth and ultra high net worth international clients
* STEP qualification desirable; commitment to undertake STEP considered
* Excellent technical ability and drafting precision
* Strong organisational skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Proactive, commercially minded approach to business development and networking
