Office Based Sales Administrator (Part Time)
Location… Lodge Farm NN5
Hours … 15-20 hours per week
Pay … £14 + per hour depending on skills and experience
Reporting to… Head Of Sales
We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to support our growing sales tea. This is a varied role suited to someone confident with administration, customer communication, and business development support.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Head of Sales with day to day administration
Updating and maintaining CRM systems accurately
Managing and updating KPI trackers and reporting systems
Creating and editing documents and marketing materials using Canva
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls professionally
Assisting with lead generation and seeking new business opportunities
Organising schedules, documents and sales information efficiently
Supporting the Head of Sales with reporting and team coordination
What we are looking for
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong computer skills and confidence using digital systems
Experience using Canva
Previous experience working with CRM systems and KPI reporting
Professional and confident telephone manner
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Positive attitude and willingness to support a growing team
Sales administration or customer service experience preferred
