Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in our care.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering engaging educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Caring for and supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Working closely with parents to provide updates on their child’s progress and development.
* Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can thrive and flourish.
* Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and best practices.
* Maintaining and organizing the learning environment and resources.
* Participating in training and professional development opportunities.
Available full-time and part-time schedules:
* 10 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime
* Weekend availability
Requirements
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with children and parents.
* Passion for early childhood education and dedication to providing high-quality care.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
