Eseye is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our fast growing engineering team.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong React development skills (3-4 years), who has experience in leading a team or can show they are ready to take ownership of a team. They will be supporting other teams, and helping to deliver high-quality software through effective leadership and collaboration.
This role sits at the heart of engineering—combining hands-on development with mentoring junior engineers, coordinating partner developers, and leading day-to-day technical delivery in an Agile environment.
Role Requirements:
* Be a hands-on developer, delivering applications, features and solutions.
* Lead and manage a front-end / full stack team developing React-based portal applications.
* Guide sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
* Mentor and manage junior developers, providing solid technical direction and setting expectations.
* Work closely with product owners and QA to turn requirements into reliable features.
* Ensure effective use of Agile processes (Jira), CI/CD, and test automation.
* Contribute to architecture and tech direction while supporting team growth.
Skill / Person Requirements:
* Strong experience building web applications with React (Angular exposure a plus).
* Experience in using GIT Lab/ Git Hub / source code management platforms, Jira, Confluence.
* Strong experience in reviewing team developments (code review).
* Proven ability in Cloud-first environments (ideally AWS).
* Enjoy leading and mentoring developers in a collaborative setting.
* Confident and can demonstrate experience working with APIs and data-driven UIs.
* Strong communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset.
* Passionate about code quality, user experience, and delivery excellence.
* Good understanding of Agile workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and QA/test automation.
