Executive Chef – Creative & Craft led Catering Partner
Location - Oxfordshire £55-60k per annum, plus company benefits
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a true culinary leader to oversee multiple catering operations within a stunning venue. This is a perfect role for an Executive Chef or Head Chef who has experience in high volume catering, weddings, C&E and hospitality, including presentations, mobilisation, menu creativity who is looking for an opportunity with a company who are at the top of their game, allows you to be creative and offers tailor made training & development.
The Role
This is a crucial role at this venue. You will be a creative culinary leader, introducing new, exciting menus that reflect current food trends and various nutritional concepts. You will have strong management and leadership skills, excellent communication and strategic planning. You will work closely with the General Manager, ensuring consistent quality, profitability and guest satisfaction is always achieved.
The Ideal applicant
We are looking for an Executive Chef with culinary flair, someone with energy and personality, who can adapt to all areas of high-end venue, developing flexible menu’s from morning tea, a busy lunch time to plated weddings and events. You will have fine dining, menu development, training and development, kitchen management and the desire to progress and grow with a fantastic company. You will be compliant with the necessary regulations, laws, nutrition, and due diligence. Accuracy with your costings is also essential. Experience from prestige multi-site prestige venues is essential
