You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role may involve working on the tills, advising customers, or working in the back shop.
Responsibilities
* Help customers by listening to their needs, answering questions, giving product advice, and recommending items they may not have considered.
* Promote in‑store offers and schemes, ensuring customers receive full information.
* Maintain product displays, provide excellent checkout service, and assist with stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with the team to keep the store clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
Training
You will receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
Qualifications
* Full training is provided for this role.
* Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
* Communicate and listen effectively.
* Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic.
* Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
* Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
Desirable
* Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service (not essential).
Work Schedule
Flexible shift patterns throughout the week, including weekend shifts.
Remuneration
Hourly rate of £13.02 to £15.10, depending on location, with an increase after six months in role.
