C&E Sales Manager
to lead a thriving sales office, drive revenue growth, and inspire a team of three Sales Executives while managing conferences, meetings, groups, and private events.

What Youll Do
Oversee the C&E Sales Office, ensuring smooth handling of all enquiries and events.
Drive revenue and maximise opportunities through strong client relationships.
Lead, motivate, and develop your team to exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with operations for seamless event delivery.
Analyse performance, forecast sales, and monitor competitor activity.
What Were Looking For
Proven
hotel C&E sales management or senior executive experience.
Background in a
4-star branded or independent hotel.
Knowledge of
reactive sales and revenue strategy .
Skilled user of Opera (or similar).
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
