This role is within our Catering division, which provides hospitality, catering, private dining, vending, and corporate event services to prestigious clients in the Business & Industry market.

About The Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
Shift Pattern: 1.30pm - 8.30pm and 9am - 4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with food preparation such as peeling, chopping, trimming, and making sandwiches and salads.
2. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and with equipment, including utensils, tableware, and catering stations.
3. Receive and unpack deliveries, ensuring organized storage of food and supplies.
4. Serve food to customers according to the menu prepared by Chefs. May also act as host/waiter during events.
5. Top up vending services.
What Are We Looking For?
1. Experience in a commercial kitchen is highly valued but not essential.
2. A basic Catering and Hospitality certificate, such as Food Handling, is desirable but not required; training can be provided.
3. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to stand for extended periods due to the physical nature of the role.
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria
1. Must have the right to work in the UK.
2. A Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is desirable but can be provided.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Good time-management and organizational abilities.
