Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of external accounts to deliver on sales, pricing, and profitability objectives.
* Lead and manage commercial activity within your operating area to achieve budgets and targets.
* Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer experience and strong, long-term partnerships.
* Regularly review customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth and proactively promote our full range of products.
* Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the Commercial Team, highlighting underperformance and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
* Build strong working relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
Requirements
* Previous commercial experience within the UK construction market is highly advantageous.
* A confident, professional communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
