The Role:
Be involved in projects from inception to completion
Collaborate with the event managers to undertake initial costing of projects for clients
Utilise design software like Microsoft Visio to assist the design teams in creating 2D models of venues
Maintain compliance with all accreditations, company policies and health and safety regulations for all projects
Travel across the UK for events, as and when required
The Person:
Experience in corporate event planning, or the AV sector
Experience as a project manager, and coordinating teams
Confident in Microsoft Visio
