Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Carry out detailed quality checks on products, ensuring accuracy and consistency Handle small components with precision and care Support assembly, inspection, and testing processes Follow strict production procedures and documentation Maintain a clean and organised workspace Work closely with team leaders to meet daily targets and deadlines Report any defects, errors, or machine issues immediately Skills & Experience Required ? Previous experience in production / manufacturing / assembly ? Strong attention to detail able to work accurately with small parts ? Excellent handeye coordination ? Ability to follow instructions and work to high quality standards ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ? Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player ?
