Role Overview: An opportunity has arisen for two Real Estate Paralegals to join a highly respected, full-service international law firm with offices across the North of England. These roles sit within the firm’s specialist Real Estate – Utilities team, supporting major infrastructure and land projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-value property work in a collaborative and well-structured legal environment.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
* 6+ months’ experience in real estate law (in private practice or in-house)
* Experience supporting or managing commercial property matters
* Strong understanding of land law and property documentation
* Familiarity with easements, wayleaves, or land access rights (desirable)
* Excellent drafting and legal research skills
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and a varied caseload
* Strong communication and client liaison skills
