Are you a high-achieving Russell Group graduate with a genuine passion for investment management, portfolio construction and wealth preservation?
Have you already gained experience through internships or a graduate scheme in investment administration, client services, or financial operations? If you’re hungry to carve out a long-term career in wealth management, this could be the perfect launchpad.
We are representing a prestigious Mayfair-based investment management firm that works closely with High Net Worth Individuals and families. They are seeking an ambitious Client Service Manager to support their team of exceptional Portfolio Managers. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to both the front-line of client relationships and the operational engine of investment management.

This is not just an administrative role—it’s a chance to develop the grounding, knowledge, and professional polish required for a future career in investments.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for valued private clients, building trusted long-term relationships
* Supporting onboarding, KYC and suitability reviews, ensuring full compliance with regulations
* Preparing fund performance analysis, valuation reports, and client meeting materials
* Partnering with Investment Managers on client interactions, diaries, and meeting preparation
* Upholding the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
* A 2:1 or First-Class degree (Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred; Russell Group or equivalent calibre)
* At least one year’s experience in financial services (internships, placement years, or graduate schemes welcomed)
* Evidence of a genuine interest in investment and wealth management – perhaps through CISI study, a finance society, or personal investing
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the confidence to liaise with HNW clients and intermediaries
* A natural team player with professional polish, commercial curiosity, and ambition to progress in wealth management
