Your Role:Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the office.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Create, update, and manage case files and file requests
* Handle archiving and assist with file management systems
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and office environment
* Provide general administrative support across departments
* Respond promptly to internal queries with a professional approach
* Keep the team informed on file movements and document updates
