The Brand & Content team plays a vital role in bringing the Trotters story to life. We are a creative, collaborative, and passionate team that develops compelling campaigns and content to engage our customers across all channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Digital, Retail, Design, and Buying—we ensure brand consistency in everything we do. Your Responsibilities in This Role
As Brand Manager, you will support the Head of Brand & Content in executing the brand marketing and content strategies. Your role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality brand campaigns, managing content creation, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints to drive engagement, awareness, and business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Content Creation
·Develop compelling branded and product content for digital and physical touchpoints.
·Coordinate and execute seasonal photoshoots from concept to delivery.
·Work with internal teams to gather content needs and monitor performance.
·Uphold brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and premium brand identity.
·Collaborate with the creative team on store window displays and in-store materials, managing external agencies for production.
·Oversee the creative execution of packaging materials.
Brand Campaigns
·Execute the marketing calendar, ensuring timely rollout of all campaigns.
·Produce campaign toolkits for Digital and Retail teams to enable seamless execution.
·Oversee campaign asset creation and implementation across all touchpoints.
Brand Collaborations
·Manage the day-to-day relationship with brand partners and support from conception to execution to enhance brand awareness.
·Oversee influencer outreach efforts, ensuring execution aligns with brand values.
·Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors for marketing deliverables.
Customer Insights and Research
·Support in gathering and interpreting customer feedback and insight to refine marketing strategies, identify customer trends and brand opportunities.
Performance Monitoring
·In partnership with channel teams, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement, brand awareness, and social media performance, enabling continuous improvement for effective campaigns and content.
Qualifications and Skills
* 5 years of relevant in-house and/or agency experience in brand marketing for a fashion, premium or retail brand.
·Experience in an omnichannel marketing, with an understanding of content creation for both digital and retail channels.
·Proven experience in photoshoot management for fashion brands, with exceptional attention to detail.
·Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
· Experience leading cross-functional projects, with outstanding stakeholder management and excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

* A positive, can-do approach to creative problem solving.
·Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
·Passion for retail, branding, and delivering customer-centric marketing.
