We are looking for an enthusiastic adviser to join our team delivering flagship services to our students in the Student Information Team. As part of the Student Life Directorate, the Student Information Team handles a wide variety of enquiries across the whole student lifecycle, from accepting their offer, throughout their course, to graduation.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and we are looking for candidates who:
1. Have significant recent experience in delivering exceptional customer service
2. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Have experience using databases and Microsoft Office
4. Demonstrate effective organisational skills with an eye for detail

Salary: £22,920 to £25,138 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
